Love these salmon burgers. They are great to keep in freezer to have on hand for rushed nights. They can be served on its own along side a whole grain and vegetable, on a whole wheat hamburger bun, or my favorite – a top a big salad.
One of my favorite things about the Trident Salmon Burgers is the portion control. There is no guessing, no need to call upon my will power to not go back for seconds. They cook in less than 10 minutes and have healthy fats, less sodium than most frozen or canned entrees, and 15 grams of protein in only 130 calories. That combination can’t be beat.
