I am heading out of town again this weekend Thursday – Sunday, so there are limited meals to plan. I am also trying to use up the veggies we have leftover from last week. Hence, stir fry tonight! Here is what we have:
Monday: Shrimp stir fry with TONS of veggies and brown rice
Tuesday: Whole wheat turkey tacos
Wednesday: Greek orzo salad
Thursday – Sunday: Out of town = who knows?!

In the shopping bags were; Amy’s Bean and Rice Burritos, bananas, brown rice, lemon, avocado, ground turkey breast, spinach, cilantro, grape tomatoes, marinated garlic and peppers, whole wheat english muffins, fat free milk, apples, baby bok choy, whole wheat tortillas, reduced fat mexican grated cheese, reduced fat feta crumbles, frozen raw shrimp.
