This Week’s Menu Plan



Now that we are getting settled, I am trying to get back into the habit of planning our meals for the week. I usually just plan Monday-Thursday because Friday nights we are at Aaron’s football games and then we never know what the weekend will entail. Here is this week’s menu and my shopping list:


Monday: Braised Short Ribs with Polenta and Green Beans
Tuesday: Grilled Veggie and Goat Cheese (and chicken for Aaron) Paninis and Green Salad
Wednesday: Whole Wheat Chicken Sausage, Onion and Bell Pepper Calzones (this is something new I am trying) and Green Salad
Thursday: Salmon Burgers with Tzaziki and Goat Cheese, Roasted Potatoes and Green Salad


Grocery List:
– Short ribs
– Tomato Paste
– Yellow Onion
– Red Bell Peppers
– Chicken Sausage
– Whole Wheat Pizza Dough
– Polenta
– Mozzarella Cheese
– Goat Cheese
– Bread
– Basil
– Vegetable Broth
– Bagels
– Cream Cheese
– Yogurt
