Last week I made my first batch up pumpkin bread. And two days later I had my first bowl of pumpkin bread oats! It was so wonderful I had to share it with all of you.
My bowl contains:
1/2 cup cooked oats
1 slice pumpkin bread crumbled
1 Tablespoon whipped cream cheese
The chocolate chips in the bread get gooey and melty and while this tastes like dessert, it is full of fiber and Vitamin A for a great start to the morning. I ❤ Fall!
