Much Needed Rest and Wordle

Mondays are usually my rest days. I like have Monday as a rest day because it motivated me to work really hard over the weekend when I have a little more time. Today would have been a mandatory rest day, anyway, so it worked out well. I woke up at 1 AM with that awful feeling where you just KNOW you are going to be sick. I tried to fight it for 30 minutes, but then I gave in. I spent the hours of 1:30-3;30 in and out of the bathroom and laying on the couch unable to sleep. Side note: holy infomercials during the middle of the night!

I finally was able to fall back asleep around 5 and made it back to bed at 6:30 and slept until 9. I am not sure what the deal was, but am thinking my body might have just been telling me it needed a rest. I went non-stop all weekend and think it may have caught up to me.

Since I don’t have anything exciting going on today (just work and rest), here is something random and fun to peek at:

It is called Wordle. I found the site through work and it is pretty cool.  From the Wordle site:

“Wordle is a toy for generating “word clouds” from text that you provide. The clouds give greater prominence to words that appear more frequently in the source text. You can tweak your clouds with different fonts, layouts, and color schemes. The images you create with Wordle are yours to use however you like. You can print them out, or save them to the Wordle gallery to share with your friends.”

I entered in the Modernation URL and here is what came up – I love it!

I love that words like MILE, RUN, FAMILY, EAT, LOVE, HEALTHY, PROTEIN, BROTHER, and GOOD all show up as the largest words. Some funny ones that show up include “snacky”, mayo and rear.  Random, anyone?

I could see how this could get addicting with trying new websites, color schemes.
