The folks over at CouponChief.com got in touch with me to review their site.
You know I am all about finding a good deal, so I was excited to check out the site. Other than groceries, I do the majority of my shopping online. I have also been tempted to do my grocery shopping online, but I really enjoy the physical grocery shopping experience.
Before I checkout when shopping online, I always Google the” site+coupon code” to see if there are any coupon codes that apply to my purchase. It is usually a crap-shoot whether the codes work or not. But CouponChief.com houses all of these codes in one place – over 50,000 coupons for over 15,000 stores.
The first thing I noticed about the site was the clean layout.
Working in the digital advertising industry, I am always attracted to a clean, fresh site. This site has a lot of information and content but has been well organized to not appear cluttered – love that!
You can search by store or category. I searched by some of my favorite categories – FOOD, FITNESS, NUTRITION. I was impressed with the variety of coupons, but one thing I was looking for was a way to refine the search by store once you were in a category. It would be nice to select FOOD and be able to filter by the stores within that category rather than having to scroll through all the results. That way I could look at all William-Sonoma coupons at a glance or all Cooking.com coupons and skip the stores that don’t interest me.
I also like the share feature which allows you to share coupons on Twitter, Facebook, or through e-mail.
And you know I love a company that gives back. CouponChief has a program called Coupons-4-Causes where you can help support your favorite cause every time you shop. Just use their coupons for your online shopping, and they donate up to 20% of the purchase to your favorite charity, school, or church.
I definitely think CouponChief.com is a great resource and see myself visiting the site often, especially during the holidays.
