Our Easter plans didn’t kick off until late afternoon, so we used it as an excuse to make a yummy breakfast and drink mimosas – of course. After a long family walk, Aaron made Chilequiles and it was so good.
Tortilla chips, salsa verde, black beans, corn, bacon, cheese and a runny egg – can it get much better than that? Crunchy, chewy, gooey, dripy all at the same time.
