Today I got to play the roll of drill instructor and kick both Aaron and my ass for our weekly Park Bootcamp!
I was ruthless, I tell you! Just kidding – but it was a tough workout. We mixed sprints and running drills with a variety of exercises like:
- Walking lunges
- Push ups
- Jump squats
- Mountain climbers
- Bicycle crunches
In total, we covered 2.6 miles and were tired sweaty messes after. Maybe Aaron will take over the roll next time and punish me back. I’m shaking in my combat boots!
I think I make a good drill instructor. I would love to teach a bootcamp class in the park one day. What do you think?! Hehe 🙂
